Refund policy
For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order, vintage or newly produced pieces, within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
For customers outside the European Union, all sales of vintage pieces are final, and returns are not accepted. Newly produced pieces have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
All customers must cover the shipping costs (incl. export fees) for any returns.
To be eligible for a return, the pieces must be in the same condition that you received them, unused and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, returns on gift cards are not accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and get in touch immediately if the pieces are defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong pieces.
Refunds
You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected and informed whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
